Remember that crush that you had in High School, on that guy or gal that you thought was sooo cool? Yup, the one that you were madly in love with but deathly afraid to talk to? If you could go back in time and examine your actions, what do you think it was that affected you? Did you get the desired results that you wanted? Was it Fear that kept you from telling that person how you felt that drove you away from your goal? Or was is love that caused you to ignore the fear and forge forward to tell that person how you felt anyways. Love and Fear are two great emotions, two sides of the same coin I would defend, how are you harnessing the power of these emotions to achieve your desired results. Fear is often used as an acronym: False Events Appearing Real.
Love is the conqueror, much like heads and tails of a coin. However, whether you are standing on the heads side or the tails side it really doesn't matter for they are still two sides of the same coin; no matter which side of the coin you look at, it doesn't change its buying power. Likewise, you can use its power to achieve the same results. You see, in this particular example, does it matter if you use love, the great conqueror, to conquer your fears and cause you achieve the desired results? Or if it is the fear of someone else conquering "your love" that causes the action. Really it doesn't matter. What really matters is that you are aware that you are being driven and harness it's power to achieve the desired results.
In all major arenas, whether they be political, sports related or even religious, it is critical to understand that these two emotions are the driving force behind action and desired results.
In the political arena, you love your party's ideology, they love the country and you fear that the other's will not have the same results if you(pl) don't take action. So the political figures use fear tactics to move you into action, or the love of doing what's right. Either way it is two sides of the same coin. In the sports arena, the athletes have millions of fans cheering them on. It will either be harnessing the power fear of losing and disappointing the fans, or harnessing the power of love of the trophy that will create the actions, and the deciding factor. In the religious arena, it is either the fear of God and the unknown, the wrath, fire hell and such or the love of God and the known, prosperity and heaven that will determine how believers act and behave.
In any event, in all three examples, we may disagree about how people should be motivated or how action should be create, but that is not the purpose of this article. However, the purpose of this is merely to show that when we look at a more grandiose picture, what is an inarguable fact is that by harnessing the power of love and fear, two sides of the same coin, it can move people into action to achieve desired results. The how to, depends on the event and the application of this principle depends on you, however I believe that seeing them as one in the same allows us to create a cohesive synergistic whole where the sum of the two is greater than the sum of the individual parts.
Whenever we look at a coin, we realize one thing for sure; both sides are necessary for it to exist. The two sides are diametrical opposed to each other, but are necessary for the other's existence. This is pervasive in all things in this universe; a few examples would be short and tall, fat and slim, funny or crude, love and hate and the list goes on. However, as it is often said that there is a thin line between love and hate, genius and insanity, I would also propose that the same thin line exist between love and fear and like the coin, we should not focus on the opposites, but stand it on the head and see the whole. When a coin stands on its head, it is balance. So I suggest that we strive to create balance. In this universality we do know that balance is the key to all sustainability and longevity in the universe. I therefore purport that we fear love and love fear for in the fine line that differentiates between the two hides the secret of balance, that allows us to harness the power of the two achieve your desired results.
What is your heads and your tails, have a mentor to bounce ideas off of. It will help you to create balance.
There is no greater power than love! Love has the ability to heal the world. Love is pure and decent, innocent and true. When the energy of love takes hold of you, resistance is futile. It has the capacity to heal old wounds and cleanse you of any negativity that does not serve you
